To make a purchase you can order direct from our online system using our Secure ePayments System provided for us by HSBC Bank. We accept payment by the following cards: Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo .To make a purchase using this secure method, just browse the items in the ‘virtual showroom’, making sure that all of your criteria has been fulfilled, e.g. correct quality, size, locking, internal fittings etc., before adding to your shopping trolley and then go to the ‘check out’ in the ‘secure area’, and enter your personal details as requested. Tarry Security Products will not hold your personal details on file or pass them on to any third party. All deliveries will be carried out during the normal working week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. All of our prices are inclusive of a delivery charge which is to a ground floor location, ( or upper floor via an appropriate lift ), with no steps, and assumes that all obstructions will be removed. It is also assumed that all doorways en-route will be at least 50mm wider and higher than the width of the delivered item. Our price also includes for all Cash Safes with a weight limit of under 500kg will be fixed to the floor. If you are not certain that your delivery route meets with the above criteria, please e-mail us on the e-address provided, and we will be pleased to quote you a price for your delivery, or alternatively if it is a particularly difficult delivery with one of the heavier safes, we will send a surveyor out, free of charge, to assess the particular problem. Our price does not include the fitting of the self install safes such as wall, floorboard or under floor safes, but we will be happy to quote you a price should you wish us to do so. All orders for safes and fire resisting cabinets up to 500kg will normally be delivered within 5 - 10 working days, but orders for items above this weight could exceed this time limit. You will be notified though of the delivery on your particular item on your receipt of order. Currency. Tax Charges. VAT at the rate ruling will be added to all orders for despatch to the U.K. or the European Union. Credit Card Security. All of our products come with the manufacturers 1 year warranty for your complete peace of mind. In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transport or in any other way defective, we will either replace or repair as appropriate, or as agreed with our customer. Privacy Policy. Tarry Security Products Ltd., guarantee that we will not divulge any of your personal details to any third party, and will only use the information provided by you lawfully and for our own personal use and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Returns Policy. Tarry Security Products Ltd., offer a seven day full Returns Policy, effective from the date of delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with the Trust U.K. Code of Practice. Please note that customers will be responsible for the carriage and packing cost of the returns.
